Hitech Impex is one of the leading importers and exporters of a wide range of bathroom fitting spare parts, sanitary ware & builder hardware products and electrical equipments catering to multiple buyers including manufacturers, turn-key projects, hotels, retailers etc. in India and abroad.
The company was founded in 1988 by an extremely qualified and passionate international trade expert Mr. S.P Sud with a vision to be a premium supplier of bathroom fittings and accessories to potential customers on a global platform. Since then the company has grown and expanded its operations and exports to many countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East, Europe etc. and emerged as key importers of a wide portfolio of bathroom spare parts from China.
Our Divisions
Our strength lies in supplying quality products with end to end customization for our esteemed customers at competitive prices. Our import portfolio has expanded over the years with more than 100 SKUs of sanitary fittings & sanitary wares spare parts ranging from brass/ceramic cartridges, hoses, faucet handles, plastic aerator inner, angle valves etc. which acts as a single door destination for small medium and large sized bathroom fitting manufacturers across India. Also, our products are accepted by Housing Development Board in Singapore for their projects. Our Sanitary ware Products are highly durable, stylish and manufactured by high quality raw material. Our Electrical Products are of top of the line and completely durable and shock proof.
As exporters we provide complete bath fitting items to organizations including housing boards, construction companies, hotels etc. in key countries globally. We have not limited our scope to bathroom products but also open to proving other hardware and household products to our buyers across Asia, Middle East etc. In addition we are appointed as distributors of specialized brands like SKN Bentex Electrical Equipments, TBC branded personal care range, Tirupati Rice through our key partnerships with these suppliers.
With an existence of 30 years as trusted suppliers in the market we have gained extensive experience to provide strategic and product specific consultancy to niche brands/ suppliers who intend to distribute their products across borders.
Our Team
We have a dedicated and competent procurement team which identifies and negotiates with potential suppliers of bath and sanitary fittings and hardware, electrical equipment, beauty products, consumer goods etc. and sign MOUs and contracts to ensure that we procure quality raw materials, spare parts in most cost effective prices.
Quality testers in our approved factories ensure that each product is passed as per regional / country quality specifications and standards and formal quality reports and certifications will be provided with every shipment dispatched.
Sales & Marketing team ensures that the orders are fulfilled in time and all documentation is provided with prior checking at our end to ensure error free and smooth execution. This team also handles all business promotion and marketing activities to maximize our product presence to potential buyers.
Our design team works with our suppliers to make sure that end product is matches the design, operations and quality specifications provided by our respective customers with an aim to minimize any discrepancies.
